Gingerbread House

Before Christmas, our niece came down to stay with my mom and we were trying to think of something fun to do with the kids so we built a Gingerbread house. It was really neat to see how different the kids decorated their sides. One of them had a much longer attention span than the other.

Cowboy & Cowgirl!

I was watching some country Christmas special and Elliott decided that he needed his cowboy hat and guitar and started playing along. He then decided that Edith needed to wear his hat. He is such a great sharer! She makes a pretty cut cowgirl!

So this year we took our annual family picture when we were in Leavenworth. I am actually impressed at how well it turned out. Thank you to my brother for taking the picture. Here is the picture that we used for our Christmas card and then Wes got creative with it and created our own cards this year.

First Snow Play

Elliott and I decided to bundle Edith up and take her outside this morning. It was very cold but she seemed to like it until she fell in face first and got a nose full. We were out for only about 5 minutes and then it was nap time. Elliott and I then went back out to play for a little but. Mommy got cold before Elliott of course so we had to come in and have so Hot Toe co as Elliott calls it. Here are a few pictures of our fun time.
